Ladies Workout Express Strengthens its presence in New Jersey With the opening of its newest interval circuit training center in Sayreville, NJ.
March 19, 2004--The newest Ladies Workout Express 30-minute Circuit Training Center is set to hold its grand opening on Sunday, March 21st in Parlin, New Jersey. Located at 960 US Highway 9 South in Sayreville Plaza, the new fitness center recognizes the different fitness needs and goals that women have. “We provide a highly specialized, workout environment, with personalized service and constant motivation designed to help women achieve their fitness goals”, states Joyce Musacchia, who owns Ladies Workout Express, Sayreville together with husband, Frank. “This business is not just a hobby for us. We are truly committed to providing a valuable and important service to the town of Sayreville and its surrounding communities.”
The simplified, time-efficient workouts at Ladies Workout Express have been designed to give women the most effective results in the least amount of time. The 30-minute workout uses resistance training on a 26-station circuit of hydraulic machines and cardiovascular exercise on aerobic stations This high-energy, low-impact workout keeps the heart rate high enough to burn at least 600 calories. By alternating aerobic exercise with strength training, the body works twice as hard to increase metabolism and burn more calories.
“Joyce, Frank and their staff are very attentive and truly care about their members and helping us achieve our goals”, says Mary Telson. “I’ve been a member at Ladies Workout Express for only one month and have already lost 7 pounds and 5 inches. Ladies, if losing weight, firming and toning is what you’re looking for, then this is the place for you!”
Our mission is to help women have fun learning about health and fitness, exercise in a non-intimidating atmosphere, and provide a hands-on, personal touch approach. One of our goals is to get the word out about the growing need for young girls to participate in an exercise program. To ensure even the youngest adults can enjoy our programs, Ladies Workout Express has special student and daughter add-on rates for girls ages 10 through 17. Given the latest studies on the rise of teenage obesity, Ladies Workout Express hopes to encourage and educate teenage girls on the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
We cater to women of all ages; our oldest member is 77 years young! Ladies 70 and older can take advantage of a special seniors discounted program. Our youngest members start at 10 years old, with a special Mother/Daughter membership special.
As a community service Ladies Workout Express offers a host of free clinics on a regular basis. These include: Health and fitness, Girl Scouts (Active Living by Design Patch Program), Senior clinic, and others. We are partnering with health care professionals in the surrounding communities to host informative seminars about various health and wellness issues. We have also collaborated with the local middle and high schools to offer special programs to the girls’ sports teams.
The spacious facility allows us to offer additional services such as Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, Tanning, and Massage to members as well as non-members. The club is open 7 days a week and does not close for any period during the day.
“Fitness has been a part of life for Frank and I as long as I can remember”, says Joyce, “and we’ve taught our daughters Kristie, age 14 and Danielle, age 13 the importance of including exercise in their daily lives as well.”
We have been in the fitness business for the past 15 years. Frank played College football for St. John’s University and was an amateur bodybuilder winning several titles over the years. Joyce is a certified professional trainer, providing one-on-one training as well as teaching group exercise classes.
Ladies Workout Express, Sayreville officially opens its door with a ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor Kennedy O’Brien at 10 am on March 21st.
